Traditional wedding: $1,000
Full access to the whole venue, this includes both the ceremony and reception space, prep kitchen and both bridal and groomsmen suites. In house staff members and coordinators. Use of the Bolton from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Plus 1 additional hour on Friday evening for rehearsal. Service for up to 85 guests. Add on 5 hours on Friday evening and 4 hours on Sunday for an additional $800.
Exclusive package: $3,500
Full access to the whole venue, this includes both the ceremony and reception space, prep kitchen and both the suites to get ready in. Use of our linens and decor, this includes tablecloths, chair covers, table runners, centerpieces, candle holders, candles, florals, swags/garlands, signs, arches, photo backdrops, 4 hours of bartending service, 6 hours of DJ service, Ordained Minister and more. Service for 85 guests.
All Exclusive Package: $4,000

Use of our linens and decor, this includes tablecloths, chair covers, table runners, napkins, chair sashes, arch drapery, centerpieces, candle holders, candles, florals, garlands, signs, flower walls, arches, photo backdrops, full set of real dinnerware, serving trays, drink dispensers, chaffing dishes and more. 5 hours of bartending, Ordained Minister, 6 hours of DJ service and catering. Elopement Package $700
Use of the beautiful ceremony space for 3 hours, fully decorated with an arch, drapery and floral swag, stage drapery with flowers, 4 white pedestals with beautiful flower balls on them, and a welcome sign. Ceremony music, and an Ordained Minister. Service for up to 85 people.
